To celebrate the release of Hope, we've partnered with the British Museum to give one lucky winner and their friends the chance to visit the Korea exhibition - a show celebrating 2,000 years of Korean creativity.
Featuring outstanding examples of sculpture, painting and decorative arts over two millennia – up to the present day – the exhibition explores what makes Korean art so distinctly Korean — and how far and wide can you trace the inspirations behind the global phenomenon of Korean culture, from cinema and food to K-pop.
This major exhibition draws almost exclusively from the 23,000 works bequeathed in 2021 by the late Samsung Chairman Lee Kun-Hee to the National Museum of Korea (NMK) and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea (MMCA). It offers a dynamic journey through the art and material culture of the last 2,000 years. It also includes many National Treasures or Treasures, objects so designated for their exceptionally high quality and historical significance.

In the remote South Korea village of Hope Harbor, police chief Bum-seok (Hwang Jung- min) and officer Sung-ae (Hoyeon) are called to find a mysterious creature that has wreaked havoc on the village. In the nearby forest, a coterie of hunters, including Sung- ki (Zo In-Sung) set out to track the beast and find themselves hunted instead. But all is not as it seems, and perceptions can be misleading. What begins as ignorance plants the seed of disaster, escalating through human conflict into a tragedy of cosmic proportions.
